It takes 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to dispatch in-stock and pre-order items for both economy and standard shipping.

We require 10 business days to issue a refund after receiving your return. If you used PayPal, Afterpay, or Shop Pay installment plans, the time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary.

We offer a 21-day return window. Customers must request a return and send the package back within this timeframe.

The return label fee for U.S. customers is $12 and will be deducted from your refund

At this time, we do not provide return labels for international customers. You will need to use your own shipping label to return your purchase. We're working on improving our system to offer affordable return label options for international customers in the future

n-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the product description for the estimated shipping start date, which may be subject to change. Economy shipping takes 5-8 business days in transit, and standard shipping takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim for a missing package; however, please note that there is a 50/50 chance that UPS or USPS may reject the claim.

For missing packages, the responsibility ultimately lies with the customer, and The Bekk is not liable for such instances. In cases where the missing package results from customer oversight or courier error, a claim cannot be filed with the bank.

You may cancel your pre-order if the package has not yet been fulfilled. Once the package is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible.

If your order hasn't been fulfilled, we can make changes. However, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can manually enter the code during checkout, or if you clicked the discount link or redeem button, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Please double-check that the discount has been applied before submitting your payment

For U.S. customers, we offer two shipping methods. Economy shipping takes 3 business days for dispatch and 5-8 business days in transit for in-stock items. For faster delivery, choose Standard shipping, which takes 3 business days to dispatch and 1-3 business days in transit for in-stock items. For international customers, the transit time will be shown at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Please note, we also require 3 business days to dispatch international orders
