We appreciate your decision to shop with us and for you being our valued customer. We hope you love our pieces as much as we do, but should you need to make a return, we have a total of 14 business days return window. 

You can return items for a refund to the original payment method postmarked within 14 business days from your delivery date in case of using The Bekk Return Label. 

If your order is returned after our return window closes, it will be sent back to you automatically, and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. 

The Bekk is not responsible for missing or lost return packages sent back to customers.  

You can return multiple times for one order, but you will have to pay for each return request.

The Bekk Return Label

  • The Bekk Return Label fee is $10.00 and it's non-refundable.
  • You must request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order. After 7 business days, you cannot request a return as your return won't arrive at our shipping facility within 14 business days of the return window. 
  • If the status of your return package is in transit but won't arrive within the return window, we will refund to store credits. 
  • It's the customers' responsibility to keep monitoring the status of returns. 

Use your own label

  • You must use a trackable shipping method to return your order. It's the customer's responsibility to update the tracking number on our return center. If you fail to update the tracking number, the return process will take longer. 
  • You must return within 14 business days of receiving your order. 
  • It's the customers' responsibility to keep monitoring the status of returns.

The Bekk Return Center

Non refundable items

Any sales items and accessories(Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Bags, and Shoes) are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

Exchange

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, item, and so on, please place a new order for the item and return your current item for a refund. 

Returns for international orders

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your return will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

In case of returned items are damaged, worn, washed, or have any issues, we won't approve your return, and the items will be sent back to you. The shipping fee for return to the customer will be charged to you, and The Bekk is not responsible for the returned packages
