We appreciate your decision to shop with us and for you being our valued customer. We hope you love our pieces as much as we do, but should you need to return them, we have a total of 21 days free return window.

1. All unwashed and unworn returns must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
2. If your return is dropped off and scanned by USPS after 21 days of the return window, your return will be sent back to you, and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
3. The Bekk is not responsible for missing or lost return packages sent back to customers.
4. You can return multiple times on one order if you have pre order items on your order that are shipped separately.
5. You must submit a return request for the items you desire to return, and we can only accept items that are listed on the return center.
6. The Bekk is not responsible for the received items that were not submitted to the center or sent without authorization from us.
7. We do not accept returns if there is significant damage to the items. The Bekk thoroughly monitors from preparing and packing orders to inspecting returned items in order to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
8. Make sure to have your return dropped off in 14 days from when you receive your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

If you used Shop Pay Installments, you would have to receive your refund from Shop Pay. We do not have any card/bank information for the transaction being made with Shop Pay Installments. Please check their refund policy before making any purchases with it.
If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment.
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original payment method.
If you request a refund for an order you've made monthly payments for, then your paid interest isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

Any sales items and accessories(Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Bags, and Shoes) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, item, and so on, please place a new order for the item and return your current item for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your return will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
In case of returned items are damaged, worn, washed, or have any issues, we won't approve your return, and the items will be sent back to you. The shipping fee for return to the customer will be charged to you, and The Bekk is not responsible for the returned packages
You can always check the status of your return at the return center. It's the customers' responsibility to keep monitoring and tracking returned packages.
