The Bekk offers a "Try Now, Pay Later" option, letting you explore our pieces in the comfort of your own home before deciding to keep them. It's like having The Bekk’s fitting room right in your room!

How does it work?

1. Purchase the item you want with Try now

Purchase the item you want using our "Try Now" option. You won’t be charged upfront, but a $12 return fee and a $6 "Try Now" fee will apply.

A return label will be included with your order for your convenience.

2. Decide if you want to keep the item or not.

If you decide to return an item, please ship it within 5 days of delivery using the provided return label and ensure the tracking information is updated within this timeframe.

Failure to ship the item or update the tracking history within 5 days will result in your card being charged, as the purchase will be considered final, and returns will no longer be accepted.

If you choose to keep the item, a $12 fee will be deducted from your final charge.

* The $6 TB Showroom fee is non-refundable and will not be deducted from your final charge, regardless of whether you choose to keep the order or not.

* The return label’s tracking history must be updated within 5 days of delivery. If no update is made within this timeframe, your card will be charged, and the return will not be accepted under any circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return tracking history is properly updated.

* Returns are not accepted after the designated return timeframe.

* You can only purchase 3 items using TB showroom.

* Returned items must be unworn, untagged, undamaged, and free of any stains or odors. Please try items on carefully, avoiding makeup, deodorant, or any product that might leave a mark or stain. If the item is damaged or does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.
