Shipping Policy for U.S. and International Customers

Shipping Methods  
We offer multiple shipping options for both U.S. and international customers. All orders require 3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, transit times may vary based on the destination, and it may take up to 1 business day for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

U.S. Economy Shipping  
- Carrier: UPS Ground Saver / USPS Ground Advantage  
- Dispatch Time: 3 business days  
- Transit Time: 5-8 business days after dispatch  
- Cost: $9 flat fee (Free for orders over $80)

U.S. Standard Shipping  
- Carrier: UPS Ground / USPS Priority  
- Dispatch Time: 3 business days  
- Transit Time: 1-3 business days after dispatch  
- Cost: $14 flat fee ($10 for orders over $80)

International Shipping Options  
- DHL eCommerce: DHL Parcel Direct & DHL Parcel Standard, rates based on destination, weight, and dimensions.  
- DHL Express: Worldwide, rates based on destination, weight, and dimensions.  
- UPS: UPS Worldwide Expedited® & UPS® Standard, rates based on destination, weight, and dimensions.  
- USPS: Rates based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Dispatch Time  
We process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days, regardless of the shipping method you select. Even if you opt for expedited shipping, the 3-business-day processing time still applies. Once your package is ready, we hand it off to the carrier for pickup around 5-6 PM (PDT). You can expect to see tracking updates by the end of that day or the following business day.

Pre-Order Shipping  
If your order includes a pre-order item, you will find the estimated shipping start date on the product description page. This information is also available if you placed your order through the Shop app, Facebook, or Instagram. The shipping start date is subject to change, and we recommend regularly checking the product page for updates. We will also make every effort to inform you of any delays through your order page. The 3-business-day dispatch time and transit times for all shipping methods apply to pre-order items as well.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders  
Duties and taxes may be included or added depending on the destination country. At checkout, you will see the applicable fees.

- Countries where import taxes are included in the prices: Albania, Australia, Brazil, China, Denmark, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Sweden, and more.  
- Countries where duties and taxes are added at checkout: Canada, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, the Philippines, and more.  
- Countries where duties and import taxes are not collected: Armenia, British Virgin Islands, Cape Verde, Fiji, Moldova, Solomon Islands, Tunisia, and more.

Stolen & Missing Packages  
The Bekk is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. While we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping courier, the responsibility ultimately rests with the customer. If a claim is filed with your bank for a missing package, we will provide documentation supporting that The Bekk is not liable.

Return to Sender Packages  
For packages returned to us without prior authorization or due to an incorrect shipping address, The Bekk is not responsible. We do not accept unauthorized returns. Any "return to sender" fees will be deducted from your refund, and additional fees will apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Damaged Packages  
The Bekk is not responsible for packages damaged in transit. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping courier. If your package arrives damaged, please do not open it and contact us immediately at care@thebekk.com for further assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address  
If a package is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error or courier issues, The Bekk is not responsible. If you realize an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at care@thebekk.com. Additional fees may apply if the package is returned to us or requires an intercept.

Separated Shipments for Pre-Orders  
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each shipment. There are no additional shipping charges for separate shipments within the same order.
