All of our pieces are exclusively designed by Choyi Yi in our Downtown Los Angeles studio and made in China.

Each order is thoughtfully and ethically prepared in Los Angeles by a team primarily made up of moms and women. We are committed to creating a safe and comfortable workspace, where team members can occasionally bring their pets and kids, fostering a unique and supportive environment for working mothers.

While most of our pieces are crafted in China, we collaborate closely with our trusted vendor to ensure the highest standards of fair wages and an exceptional work environment for our entire team overseas.

We understand the concerns often associated with “Made in China,” but our approach is different. We work exclusively with small, family-owned ateliers—many of which are women-led—that bring decades of craftsmanship and care to every piece. These partners share our values of ethical practices, quality, and dignity in work. We’re proud to support skilled artisans and their families while delivering beautifully made garments that reflect our standards and purpose.

As a small business, we may not implement large-scale sustainability initiatives yet, but we approach every decision with care. We prioritize using sustainable fabrics whenever possible. When design or cost limitations require alternatives like polyester blends, we consciously limit production volumes and cap inventory to avoid excess. With only 20–30 styles per season, we focus on thoughtful design and mindful manufacturing to reduce waste and encourage long-term wear.
