Shipping Policy for International customers

We offer several shipping methods for international customers.

Transit times may vary based on the destination. Please note, it may take up to 1 business day for our designated shipper to update the tracking information.

For pre-orders, the estimated shipping start date is subject to change. We encourage customers to regularly check the product page description for the most up-to-date shipping information. We will also make every effort to keep you informed through updates on your order page.

DIspatch time

We process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days, no matter which shipping method you choose. Even if you opt for faster shipping, the 3-business-day processing time still applies. Once your package is ready, we hand it off to the designated carrier for pickup around 5-6 PM (US pacific day time). You can expect to see tracking updates by the end of that day or by the following business day.


Shipping Courier

For US domestic orders, we use both UPS and USPS. With UPS Ground Advantage, UPS may hand off your package to USPS for final delivery. In this case, you’ll see a USPS tracking number included in the UPS tracking history to follow your package through to its final destination. Pre Order Shipping

If you’ve placed an order for a pre-order item, you can find the estimated shipping week on the product description page. This information is also available if you placed your order through the Shop app, Facebook, or Instagram. Please note that the shipping week is subject to change, so we recommend checking the product page for any updates. We do our best to keep customers informed if there are any delays. The 3-business-day dispatch time, as well as the transit times for economy and standard shipping methods, still apply to pre-order items.

For international customers, we have countiries that duties and taxes are included in check out and product price.

Stolen & Missing Packages

The Bekk is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. While we will do our best to assist by filing a claim with the shipping courier, the responsibility for the package ultimately lies with the customer. Please note, if a claim is filed with the bank regarding a missing package, we will provide documentation to support that the responsibility does not fall on us.


Return to sender or forward to sender packages

For packages returned to us without prior authorization or due to an incorrect shipping address, The Bekk is not responsible and will not accept returns without approval. Any "return to sender" fees will be deducted from your refund, and an additional fee will be charged if you wish to have the package reshipped.


Damaged Package

The Bekk is not responsible for packages damaged during transit; however, we are always happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping courier. If your package arrives damaged, please do not open it and contact us immediately at care@thebekk.com. We’ll be glad to help resolve the issue.


Incorrect shipping address

The Bekk is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error or issues with the shipping courier. If you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately at care@thebekk.com. If the package needs to be returned to us due to an undeliverable address or if an intercept is required, any additional fees will be charged to the customer.


Saparated shipment Due to pre order

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, there’s a chance we may ship them separately. In this case, you’ll receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each shipment. And there are no additional shipping charges for items that ship separately within the same order.
