Where do you ship from?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, the EU, and more.
What international shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer the following options for in-stock items:
Economy International:
– Estimated delivery: 6–15 business days after dispatch
– Ships in 3–4 business days
– Free for orders over $300; cost calculated at checkout
DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct / Standard:
– Estimated delivery: 6–15 business days after dispatch
– Ships in 3–4 business days
– Cost calculated at checkout
DHL Express:
– Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
– Ships in 2–3 business days
– Cost calculated at checkout
UPS Worldwide:
– Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
– Ships in 1–2 business days (orders must be placed before 12 PM PDT)

What does "dispatch time" mean?
Dispatch time is how long it takes for us to prepare and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. It depends on the shipping method and only applies to in-stock items.
When will my international order ship?
Economy & DHL eCommerce: Ships in 3–4 business days
DHL Express: Ships in 2–3 business days
UPS: Ships in 1–2 business days (for orders placed before 12 PM PDT)
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my international shipment?
You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the order on the courier’s website.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
International tracking may take time to update due to customs clearance. If there's no movement for over 10 business days, please contact us at care@thebekk.com.
How much is international shipping?
Shipping fees vary based on the destination country and order weight. The exact rate will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer free international shipping?
Yes, we offer free Economy International shipping on orders over $300 USD.
Will I be charged again for shipping if I return an item?
Return shipping is not covered by us. International customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
Which couriers do you use for international shipping?
We use a combination of trusted international carriers including:

UPS Worldwide
Local postal partners in your country for final delivery, depending on the selected service
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
We can update your shipping address only if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we are not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you're planning to move, we recommend allowing at least 3 weeks for delivery to ensure your package arrives before your move.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries around the world. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.
Will I have to pay customs, duties, or import taxes separately?
No — all applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.
Will I be asked to pay anything when my package arrives?
No. Since duties and taxes are prepaid, your package should be delivered without any additional charges at the door.
Do you refund shipping fees if I return my order?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was damaged or sent in error.
Can you still mark my order as a gift or lower the declared value?
No, we are required to declare the full value of your order by law, even if taxes and duties are already included in the price.
What if I ordered a pre-order or made-to-order item?
The estimated shipping date for those items will be listed on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your full order will ship together unless split shipping is requested.
Can I request faster shipping for a pre-order item?
Express options only apply once the item is ready to ship. The dispatch time still depends on the item's availability.
What do I need to track my order?
To track your order, you’ll need your order number, along with the email address or phone number you used at checkout.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you placed your order through Facebook or Instagram, the app may have sent the order confirmation on our behalf. Please check your notifications within the app or search your inbox for messages from the platform.

Are taxes and duties refundable if I return my order?
Unfortunately, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if you return your item. This is standard policy for international imports.
My package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?
Check with neighbors, your building manager, or local post office.
Confirm the delivery address on your order.
If you still can’t locate it, you’ll need to open a claim with the courier in your country.
We’ll support you through the process, but please note we are not responsible for lost packages once they are handed to the courier.
What if my order is delayed in customs?
Customs delays are unfortunately out of our control. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 10 business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll help where we can.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an international order?
We can update your shipping address only if your order has not yet shipped. Once fulfilled, we cannot reroute international packages.
What happens if my address was incorrect or I moved?
We are not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
