how long does it take to receive my refund?  

Once your return is delivered, our shipping and return team manually inspects each item with great care. Every return goes through a 0 to 10 condition check, where we look for things like animal fur, hair, odor, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, and any signs of damage. We also document each return thoroughly to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Because of this detailed process, please allow up to 10 business days(except for weekends and national holidays) for your refund to be issued after the return is received.

As a small business with a limited team, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

To ensure fairness and prevent any misuse of our return and refund policy, we carefully document every step of the process. From the moment your order is packed to the inspection of any returned items, we record the entire procedure.

If you ever have concerns about your shipment or return, we’re more than happy to share the video footage of your order being prepared and your return being inspected.

Return Dropped

You’ve successfully dropped off your return within 21 days of the shipping date. Thank you!

Return In Transit

Your return is on its way.
Please continue monitoring the tracking. The return must arrive at our facility within the return window for us to process your refund.

Return Received

Once your return package is delivered to us, we begin our review process.
Please allow 10 business days for inspection and processing before a refund is issued.

Return Accepted or Rejected

We thoroughly check every return for signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.

If approved, the refund moves forward.

If the item does not meet our return standards, we’ll return the item back to you.

Refund Issued or Package Returned

If accepted, your refund will be issued 10 business days after the return is received.

If rejected, your package will be sent back and no refund will be issued.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please submit a return request through our Return Center.   

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

If you used an installment payment method, the refund is issued back to the payment provider (e.g., Shop Pay or Afterpay), and they will then process the refund to you. 

This may take additional time depending on their policies.

Do you offer refunds for international orders?

Yes, international orders are eligible for refunds once the return is received and approved. 

However, The Bekk does not provide international return labels. 

You must arrange your own return shipping and upload the tracking number to our Return Center.

Will I get a refund on the shipping fee?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

What if I used an installment payment method like Shop Pay or Afterpay?

If you paid using Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, or a similar provider:

  • Your refund will be sent to the installment payment company.
  • Once they receive it, they will handle the refund to you directly.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the provider, and it can take several additional business days.
  • If you’ve only made partial payments, future charges may be adjusted, or a partial refund will be issued depending on your payment schedule.


Can I get a refund if my return is late?

All returns must be dropped off and marked as dropped off at USPS on tracking page within 21 days of the shipping date. 

Returns dropped off outside this window may not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

For U.S. returns, a prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns, you must provide your own label.

Can I get a refund if the item is marked as Final Sale?

Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly—either with a refund or a replacement.

What if I sent my return before receiving approval and it was rejected?

Returns sent without prior approval or outside the return window may be rejected. 

If your return was rejected but already delivered to us, it will be sent back to you. A USPS COD (Collect on Delivery) return label will be used, and tracking will be provided within 3–4 business days.

Can I get a refund if my package was returned as “Return to Sender”?

Unfortunately, returns marked as "Return to Sender" are not eligible for a refund. 

These returns are not trackable in our system and are not considered approved returns. 

Please ensure all returns are submitted and approved through our Return Center before sending anything back.

Can I get a refund for customs duties or taxes paid on my order?

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by your country’s customs office—not The Bekk. If you have questions about reclaiming these fees, please contact your local customs authority directly.
