How can I return my US order?
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every The Bekk purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer returns for eligible items under the following policy. Please review the key return policy details below before submitting the request.
21 Days Return Window
The return window is 21 days from the date your order is shipped, based on the courier’s tracking page—not the date you pick up or open the package.
You have 21 days from the date your order is marked as shipped (the day it’s handed to the courier) to request and drop off your order to return.
$12 Return Fee
A $12 restocking fee applies to all U.S. orders and will be deducted from your refund. The return fee is non-refundable.
QR code return label
Once your return is requested, a QR code for the return label will be generated immediately. There's no need to print anything.
Return Rejection
If your return arrives at our facility more than 21 days after your order delivered, or if the item has deodorant stains, makeup marks, pet hair, odors, including perfume or smoke, untagged, worn, washed, damaged, or was not authorized prior to return, we reserve the right to reject the return upon inspection.
If your return is not accepted due to not meeting our return policy requirements, no refund will be issued.
The item will be sent back to you at your own expense, and you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping cost to have it returned.
Pre Order Return
By default, we ship all items together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like to receive in-stock items sooner, please email us to request split shipping.
When orders are split, the return window will vary for each item based on its individual delivery date.
If you return items separately, a return fee will be deducted for each return shipment.

Does the return window start from the order date, ship date, or delivery date?
The return window starts from the day your order is handed over to the courier, not the order or delivery date.
Is there a return fee?
Yes. A $12 restocking fee is deducted from all U.S. returns. The return fee will be deducted from your return.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The return shipping cost is covered by us and included in the $12 fee.
How do I know if my item is final sale?
Items marked as Final Sale in the product description or order confirmation email cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do I need to print the return label?
No. We provide a QR code return label—just show the code at a USPS location and they’ll print it for you.
What are the return requirements?
Returned items must be:
- No deodorant stains, makeup marks, or pet hair
- Free of odors, including perfume or smoke
- All original tags must be attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
What happens if the item doesn't meet the return conditions?
Items returned in unsellable condition will be rejected and returned to you. You may also be responsible for return shipping charges in such cases.
The Bekk monitors return activity for misuse or abuse of our return policy and reserves the right to refuse returns or service to anyone at our discretion.
What items are not eligible for return?
Final sale items, accessories, swimwear, and intimate products are not eligible for return.
Can I return an item I bought during a promotion or with a first-time discount?
Yes, you can return items purchased with a promotion or first-time discount—as long as they are not marked as final sale. Final sale items will be clearly noted in the product description or your order confirmation email.
Are return fees deducted from my refund?
Yes, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I drop off the return at any location?
Yes, you can drop off your return at any USPS location.
What courier do you use for returns?
We use USPS for all domestic returns.
Can I return something I tried on?
Yes, you can return an item you tried on—but it must be in perfect condition. Please make sure there are no makeup marks, deodorant stains, pet hair, odor including perfume or any other damage. Even if the tag is still attached and it was only tried on once, we may reject the return if the item is not in original, unworn perfect condition.
Do tags need to be attached for the return to be accepted?
Yes, absolutely. All original tags must be attached for the return to be accepted. If the tags are removed, we won’t be able to process the return.
What if the item arrives damaged — can I return it?
Yes, if your item arrives damaged, you can return it—but please contact us first at care@thebekk.com for faster assistance.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 21 days from the date your order is marked as shipped (the day it’s handed to the courier) to return your item.
The return must be both requested and dropped off within this 21-day window, based on the shipping date shown on the courier’s tracking page.
Does the return need to arrive within 21 days?
No, your return package must be submitted and DROPPED OFF AT the nearest USPS within the return window.
Can I return my order by refusing the package or marking it 'Return to Sender'?
No. Returns must be properly requested and approved through our return portal.
If you refuse the package or mark it “Return to Sender” without authorization, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
What happens if my package is returned to The Bekk without prior authorization or due to an incorrect address?
If a package is returned to us without a return request, or due to issues such as an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to accept delivery, or moving, we are not responsible for issuing a refund or accepting the return.
If you would like the item re-shipped, we can resend it to you for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us at care@thebekk.com to arrange this.
Can I use my own packaging to return an item?
We strongly recommend using the original packaging when returning your item to ensure it arrives safely and within the correct size/weight limits.
If you choose to use your own packaging:
- Any additional shipping charges caused by oversized or overweight parcels will be deducted from your refund.
- If the item arrives damaged due to insufficient or weak packaging, the return will be rejected, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
To avoid issues, please reuse the original packaging whenever possible.
What if my return package goes missing or delayed in transit?
If your return is lost or delayed while in transit back to us, The Bekk is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the return tracking and ensure the package arrives at our facility within the return window. We recommend keeping your return receipt and tracking information for your records.
We can only issue a refund after we receive and inspect your return package.
Can I return items purchased with store credit?
Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
You may request an exchange, which can be done one time only per order.
What happens if my return is rejected?

What if I used my own shipping label to return the item?
