Where do you ship from?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship to all U.S. states and territories?
Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories via USPS.
How long does shipping take?
For Economy: Orders ship in 3–4 business days
For Standard: Orders ship in 2–3 business days
For Express & 2-Day Air: Orders ship in 1–2 business days if placed before 12 PM PDT
Do you offer express shipping?
es! We offer several shipping options for in-stock items:
– Economy (5–10 business days in transit)
– Standard (3–5 business days)
– Express (1–3 business days)
– 2-Day Air (1–2 business days)
Please note that these timeframes apply only to in-stock items. You can find the estimated shipping date for each product on the product description page and in your order confirmation email.
What carrier do you use for domestic orders?
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order and location.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes using USPS.
What are my shipping options within the U.S.?
We offer four shipping methods:
Economy: $9 (free over $80), arrives in 5–10 business days after dispatch
Standard: $12, arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch
Express: $22, arrives in 1–3 business days (ships same-day if ordered by 12 PM PDT)
2-Day Air: $42, arrives in 1–2 business days (ships same-day if ordered by 12 PM PDT)
What does "dispatch time" mean?
Dispatch time refers to how long it takes us to prepare and hand off your order to the courier. It varies by shipping method and applies only to in-stock items.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time = Dispatch time + Transit time. For example, an in-stock item with Standard Shipping may take 2–3 business days to ship, plus 3–5 business days in transit.
Are processing days the same as business days?
Yes. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email or directly on the courier’s website, or here.
My tracking number hasn’t updated. What should I do?
racking may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If it hasn’t moved in more than 3 business days, feel free to contact us at care@thebekk.com.
My tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What now?
First, please double-check around your delivery area, mailbox, building lobby, or with neighbors. If the package is still missing, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the courier.
Once a package is handed to the courier, The Bekk no longer has control over its handling or delivery. If it is misdelivered or lost, it is the courier’s responsibility—not ours—as we do not authorize incorrect delivery.
That said, we’ll do our best to assist you during the process. Please keep in mind that it is the recipient’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure the package can be safely received. For us to support you further, an official investigation must be opened with the courier by the recipient.
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
We can update your shipping address only if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we are not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you're planning to move, we recommend allowing at least 3 weeks for delivery to ensure your package arrives before your move.
I moved to a different address while waiting for my order. What can I do?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address after it has been fulfilled or is in transit. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or misdelivered due to an address change after purchase.
If you’re planning a move, please make sure you’ll be at the shipping address for at least 3 weeks to receive your package safely.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free Economy shipping on all U.S. orders over $80. For orders under $80, it’s $9.
Why is shipping expensive for faster options?
Express and 2-Day Air options are premium services with guaranteed delivery windows. We offer them for urgent orders but always recommend Economy or Standard for best value.
Do you refund shipping fees if I return my order?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was damaged or sent in error.
Will all items in my order ship together?
Yes, all items ship together unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
What if I ordered a pre-order or made-to-order item?
The estimated shipping date for those items will be listed on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your full order will ship together unless split shipping is requested.
Can I request faster shipping for a pre-order item?
Express options only apply once the item is ready to ship. The dispatch time still depends on the item's availability.
What do I need to track my order?
To track your order, you’ll need your order number, along with the email address or phone number you used at checkout.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you placed your order through Facebook or Instagram, the app may have sent the order confirmation on our behalf. Please check your notifications within the app or search your inbox for messages from the platform.
