All orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

Orders containing items in stock will be carefully prepared for shipment, and the tracking information for these orders can typically be accessed within 1-2 business days after receiving the tracking number. Please note that the tracking number itself is usually generated within 3 business days from the time of purchase.

Pre orders

Please review the product page for the anticipated commencement of delivery before proceeding with pre-orders.

Kindly be aware that the estimated delivery date may be subject to adjustments, and any modifications will be promptly communicated to youIt is important to note that the estimated pre-order date denotes the initiation of shipment, rather than the delivery to your designated shipping address.

Following dispatch, the transit time will vary between 2-6 business days, contingent upon the selected shipping method.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order is limited to shipping to a single address. In the event that your order includes items that need to be shipped to multiple locations, it will be necessary to place separate orders for each address.

Incorrect shipping address / Refused shipments

We request that you obtain prior authorization from us before returning any items or sending orders back to us.

Please be aware that without this authorization, we are unable to accept the package, and therefore, we cannot issue a refund for it. It is important to adhere to the specified return process to ensure a successful resolution.

Taxes and duties for international orders

The Bekk is not responsible for taxes, duties, or any additional charges of importation for international orders. 

Partial shipping 

In situations where your order includes pre-order items, it is our practice to prioritize the shipment of in-stock items to secure available inventory.

Rest assured that you will be notified as soon as the pre-order items are ready to be shipped and can be tracked.If you did not order pre order items, please contact us at care@thebekk.com urgently.

Lost / Stolen packages

For packages shipped via UPS and USPS, tracking history is available.

If the tracking status indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received it, we advise you to check with your neighbors, mail room, leasing office, or any other locations first where the delivery driver may have left the package.

In the unfortunate event of a missing, stolen, or damaged parcel, we offer Navidium shipping insurance. If you opted for insurance when placing your order, please urgently contact us at care@thebekk.com for assistance.

Please note that if your order is not insured, we are unable to issue a refund and strongly recommend contacting the courier to initiate a claim with them.
