How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days during sale or promotions for your order to dispatch. Once the tracking number gets updated, you will receive a confirmation email with the numbers and any information you need to track your order.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, USPS, and DHL for international customers. If you want your order to be shipped with a particular carrier, please contact us at email@example.com before placing an order.
How much is the shipping fee?
We offer free US shipping to customers who purchase over $80
Economy - USP ground / USPS first class pakcage : $9.00
Standart - UPS 3 day select / USPS priority : $18.0(over $80 purchase $10)

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide with DHL or you will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How much is international shipping fee?

Do you cover international duties and taxes?
We are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes assessed by customs for international orders.
My package is stolen / missing / damages
If you insured your package with Navidium on your order, it will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. You can easily file a claim with us and receive a replacement or be refunded for your items. Do you refund the original and return shipping fee?
No, the original shipping fee and shipping insurance are nonrefundable. The return shipping fee is $9, which will be deducted from your refund.
Can I cancel my order or update the address?
Once your order is fulfilled, you can not change your address. To change the address before fulfilment, an email must be sent to email@example.com ASAP.
Why did you ship my order partially?
We ship partially to secure our limited inventories for your order and ensure you get our in-stock pieces first. We do not charge for the additional shipping fee. Once we ship your order partially, you will see which items are sent on our tracking page.

Do you offer free return shipping?
Our shipping label is $9.00 and it will be deducted from your refund.
Update on 12.26.2022: We're happy to announce that we're now offering free return labels to all orders we shipped from 12.26.2022.
How long is the return window?
1. All unwashed and unworn returns must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
2. If your return package arrives at our shipping facility after 14 days of the return window, the refund will automatically be issued to store credits.
3. If your return package arrives at our shipping facility after 21 days of the return window, your return will be sent back to you, and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
4. The Bekk is not responsible for missing or lost return packages sent back to customers.
5. You can return multiple times on one order if you have pre order items on your order that are shipped separately.
6. You must submit a return request for the items you desire to return, and we can only accept items that are listed on the return center.
7. The Bekk is not responsible for the received items that were not submitted to the center or sent without authorization from us.
8. We do not accept returns if there is significant damage to the items. The Bekk thoroughly monitors from preparing and packing orders to inspecting returned items in order to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
9. Make sure to have your return dropped off in 14 days from when you receive your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Which items are not eligible to return?
We do not accept returns for sale items or accessories like hats, jewelry, bags, or gift cards.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow us 10 business days to complete the process and resolve the request. If you used your own return label and did not update your tracking number on our return center, it might take longer than 10 business days.
How long will it take to receive my refund back?
Once we complete the return process, we will issue a refund and resolve the submitted request. It usually takes 5 business days to receive your refund back. However, depending on the payment method or the card company, it can take longer.
Do you take returns for international orders?
Yes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. The Bekk is not responsible for International return shipping fee. The customers must cover the cost of international return postage.
Can I get store credit instead of refund?
Yes! You can choose to receive store credit instead of refund while submitting a return request.
