Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 21-day return window after delivery.

To receive a full refund, customers must return their purchase within 21 days of the delivery date. Please visit our return center and request a return using your order number and email address. If you're unsure of your order details, you can retrieve them there as well. The return label fee is $12 for US customers and will be deducted from your refund.

1. Log into your account using the one-time password.


2. Once logged in, you will see a list of your orders. Select the order you wish to return.


3. On the top right side, click the 'Request Return' button to begin the return process.


4. Follow the instructions to complete your return request.


5. Your return request will be approved shortly, and you will receive the return label.


Return Policy

1. All products must be unworn, untagged, and unwashed to be eligible for a return. If there is a strong odor, such as perfume, or excessive pet fur, we may reject the return. Additionally, if the product appears to have been washed or worn, the package will be returned to you at an additional charge.

2. The return label fee is $12 for all U.S. customers and is non-refundable. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. Customers must return their purchase within 21 days of the delivery date. All returns must be requested through our return center or authorized by The Bekk. If packages are returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal by the receiver, or any other reason, we will not accept the return and are not responsible for the package. No refund will be issued.

4. All sale items and accessories are non-refundable.

5. We encourage you to return the purchase in the original shipping packaging. If you choose your own return packaging and the item is damaged during transit, The Bekk is not responsible. If there is an additional charge on the return shipping label due to the size of the package selected by the customer, the extra cost may be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be undamaged to be eligible for a refund.

6. If a return package is lost while in transit back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds can only be issued once the return package has been received by us.

7. If a return is rejected and the customer sends the package regardless, no refund will be issued. If the customer wants the items returned to them, they must pay for the shipping fee.

8. We strictly adhere to our return policy. If customers fail to request a return within the specified timeframe for any reason, we will not accept the return.

9. If a customer returns a package by selecting 'Return to Sender' or refuses to receive the package for any reason, the return-to-sender fee will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, The Bekk is not responsible for issuing a refund if the package is lost or missing during this process.

10. We thoroughly monitor and record the process from quality checking your item for shipment to opening returned packages to process refunds. If we determine that a customer is taking advantage of our return and refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse service.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For customers who utilized payment plans such as Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, or PayPal Pay in 4, we will process your refund within the same 10-business-day timeframe. However, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the policies and processing times of each payment provider. We recommend reviewing the refund terms and policies of your payment provider for further information.


Return Courier

We use USPS for all US return labels.


Defective items

We carefully monitor and record every step of our process, from quality checking products before shipping to unpacking returned items to process refunds. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at care@thebekk.com.


Refused Duties & Taxes 

If applicable duties and taxes are not paid, the order will be returned to The Bekk. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, but a return fee and any customs charges will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds Duties & Taxes 

Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable because they are not collected by us. These charges are paid to your country's customs authority when the package arrives in your country for delivery to your shipping address. As we do not receive these funds, we cannot issue a refund for them.


International Return & Refund

All return and refund policies apply equally to international orders. However, The Bekk does not currently provide return labels for international customers (we are working on making the return process easier for international customers). Please ensure you update the tracking number of your return package for the refund process to begin. Without tracking information, we are unable to process any refunds.


Saparated shipment Return

If you have received separate shipments due to different shipping times, you can submit multiple return requests for items within the same order.
