We sincerely hope that you will adore our products as much as we do. However, should the need arise for a return, we have established a 14 days free return and 21-day return window to accommodate your needs.

The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

What is your return window?

Customers must request returns within 14 days of delivery for free return. And customers have a total of 21 days to return packages.

Is your return free?

Returning your package is free if you drop it off within 14 days of delivery. If you drop it off and it's scanned for return between 14 and 21 days, there will be a $12 return label fee deducted.

Can I return sale items?

Any sales items and accessories(Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Bags, and so on) are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

I could not request the return because I was in vacation or out of the country.

Please note that we strictly adhere to our return policy, and we are unable to accept any return requests under any circumstances (including situations such as traveling, being out of town or country, or unawareness of the return policy and return windows) if the return is not submitted within14 days from the date of delivery.

How can I request the return?

To initiate a return, please visit our return center and complete the provided return form.

Our dedicated team will thoroughly review your request and aim to approve it within 2 business days.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a notification containing The Bekk Return Label.

Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to actively monitor the return's status and tracking history. In the event that the return package goes missing during transit, we regretfully cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

I received my order separately. How can I return these?

For cases where you receive separate partial shipments, you have the option to submit a return request for each shipment.

However, please note that you cannot request multiple returns for items that were shipped together in a single parcel.

Additionally, it is not possible to return items from different orders within the same parcel.

Can I return items I've bought with store credits?

If you utilized store credits to make a purchase, please be aware that you are limited to a single return request, and any refund issued will be credited back to your store credits.

It is important to note that store credits cannot be refunded to your original payment card.

I'm an International customer, how do I make a return?

Please note that we do not provide international return labels at this time.

I had to wait a few days to get approval for my return. Does this change the time I have to return the item?

No, the delay in getting return approval does not affect the return window. Your original return window, typically within 14(free)-21 days of delivery, remains unchanged.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

At present, we do not have an exchange service available. We request that you initiate a return for your purchase and proceed to make a new purchase for the desired item you wish to receive.

I received a faulty item. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear you got a defective item. We aim for quality and sustainability in our products, and we apologize that your recent purchase didn't meet those standards.

Can I send my items back after 21 days?

Once the return window has passed, we are unable to accept returns, and any items sent back will be returned to customers at their expense for shipping.

Can I use different return label?

Regrettably, if you choose to use your own return label, we won't be able to process a refund for your return.

Can i send my package back to sender via UPS or USPS?

If you return an item without prior authorization from The Bekk team and without discussing it with us, we cannot be held responsible for issuing a refund.

1. All unwashed and unworn items intended for return must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

2. In the event that your return is dropped off and scanned by USPS beyond the 21-day return window, it will be returned to you, and an additional shipping fee will be applied.

3. Please be aware that The Bekk cannot assume responsibility for missing or lost return packages that are sent back to customers after the return window.

4. If your order contains pre-order items that are shipped separately, you are eligible to make multiple returns on a single order.

5. To initiate a return, it is essential to submit a return request for the specific items you wish to return. We can only accept items listed in the return center.

6. The Bekk cannot accept responsibility for items that were received but not submitted to the return center or sent without proper authorization from our team.

7. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have significant damage. The Bekk diligently monitors the entire process, from order preparation and packaging to inspecting returned items, in order to identify any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. As a result, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

8. To ensure a smooth return process and avoid any charges or delays in receiving your refund, please make sure to drop off your return within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly request that you exclusively use our pre-paid return labels to send back your items, as this allows us to track the shipment accurately. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for a lost return that was sent using a method other than our designated return labels.

Non refundable items
