Certainly! Our return process is free of charge when you use the provided The Bekk return label. However, it's important to initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order and drop off the package at USPS within the same 14-day period.
If you decide to return your item between 14 and 21 days after delivery, a deduction of $12 will be made from the label. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns beyond the 21-day window after delivery.
