Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you will adore our products as much as we do. However, should the need arise for a return, we have established a 21-day return window to accommodate your needs.

1. All unwashed and unworn items intended for return must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

2. In the event that your return is dropped off and scanned by USPS beyond the 21-day return window, it will be returned to you, and an additional shipping fee will be applied.

3. Please be aware that The Bekk cannot assume responsibility for missing or lost return packages that are sent back to customers.

4. If your order contains pre-order items that are shipped separately, you are eligible to make multiple returns on a single order.

5. To initiate a return, it is essential to submit a return request for the specific items you wish to return. We can only accept items listed in the return center.

6. The Bekk cannot accept responsibility for items that were received but not submitted to the return center or sent without proper authorization from our team.

7. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have significant damage. The Bekk diligently monitors the entire process, from order preparation and packaging to inspecting returned items, in order to identify any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. As a result, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

8. To ensure a smooth return process and avoid any charges or delays in receiving your refund, please make sure to drop off your return within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly request that you exclusively use our pre-paid return labels to send back your items, as this allows us to track the shipment accurately. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for a lost return that was sent using a method other than our designated return labels.

For access to our return center, please proceed by visiting the designated platform and entering your order number and associated email address. Follow the provided instructions to initiate and prepare your return.

Non refundable items

Any sales items and accessories(Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Bags, and so on) are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, an email notification will be sent to inform you of their arrival and to provide updates regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund process will commence, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

However, please be aware that if the returned items are found to be damaged, worn, washed, or display any other issues, your return request will be declined, and the items will be returned to you. In such cases, the shipping fee for the return to the customer will be charged, and The Bekk cannot assume responsibility for the returned packages.

To track the progress of your return, you can conveniently check its status at the return center. It is the customer's responsibility to actively monitor and track the returned packages throughout the return process.

Exchange

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not provide an exchange service. Should you require a different size, item, or any other variation, please request that you proceed with placing a new order for the desired item. Meanwhile, please initiate a return for your current item to receive a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Installments refund 

If you used any type of installments, you would have to receive your refund from the installment payment company. We do not have any card/bank information for the transaction being made with Installments.

 Please check their refund policy before making any purchases with it.

Shop Pay installments:
The refund policy for Shop Pay installments is dependent on the specific merchant's return policy. Customers are advised to refer to the return policy provided by the merchant from whom the purchase was made. For further assistance or inquiries regarding refunds, customers can reach out to Shop Pay support via their contact page.

Afterpay; 

The duration to receive your refund when using Afterpay may vary depending on the merchant's refund processing timeframe. Once the merchant processes the refund, it is typically applied to your Afterpay account within 2-7 business days. Afterpay will then adjust your payment schedule or refund the amount back to your original payment method, depending on the merchant's instructions.

Paypal Pay in 4; 

The timeframe to receive your refund when using Pay in 4 PayPal installment may vary depending on the specific merchant's refund processing timeline. Once the refund is initiated by the merchant, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your PayPal account. From there, you can choose to use the funds within your PayPal account or transfer them to your linked bank account. For more precise information regarding your refund, it is recommended to review the return policy of the merchant or contact PayPal's customer service team through their help center.

Shop Pay; 

When using Shop Pay Installments, the refund processing time depends on the specific merchant's refund policy and procedures. Once the merchant initiates the refund, it generally takes a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your Shop Pay account. From there, you can choose to apply the refunded amount towards your outstanding installment payments or have it refunded back to your original payment method.
